We offer guaranteed weekly hours, strong benefits, and real career growth in a fast-paced environment where your skills make an impact!Why You'll Love DobbsWe offer a flag rate compensation structure with 30 guaranteed hours per week.Technicians earn competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.Employees can participate in a 401(k) plan with company match.We provide paid time off to support work-life balance.Team members have access to career growth and professional development opportunities.This is an opportunity to join one of the top-rated automotive service providers in the area.What Our Technicians DoTechnicians diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.They perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance.Technicians perform Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.They use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues.Team members maintain accurate service documentation for completed work.Technicians work collaboratively with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely.They provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers.What We NeedASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop .Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one .Valid driver's license.Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.Work EnvironmentWe operate in an automotive service environment where technicians are regularly standing, bending, lifting tires/equipment, working with automotive chemicals, and adapting to varying shop temperatures.Dobbs is an equal opportunity employer.
