The Children\'s Home is seeking a Close to Home Clinician to support youth and families in the Foster Care program in the Sullivan, Orange, and Ulster areas. Under supervision, you will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy across home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy delivery, progress monitoring, and collaboration with the care team to adjust plans.
