Reservations Specialist

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing hospitality and travel services company, for an entry-level Reservations Specialist to join their remote team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves helping people plan trips and stays, and who wants hands-on experience in the hospitality industry from day one. Day to day, you will spend most of your time on the phone, chat, and email with guests, helping them book, modify, and confirm reservations while making sure every detail is accurate and every interaction feels warm and professional. People who thrive in this role are patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy problem-solving, even when handling a high volume of requests in a fast-paced remote environment. COMPENSATION The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
