Role Overview As a Consultant you will work with senior managers and partners to develop, achieve, and succeed with every project. You will gain a broad understanding of life sciences and consulting, developing a range of skills across many practice areas. Responsibilities Develop code to ingest, clean, and process client data individually and with team members. Build, run, and troubleshoot data processes, create and maintain reports and analyses, ensuring data accuracy and delivering advanced dashboards and slide decks on time. Synthesize results and communicate with clients regarding data processing and ongoing projects, ensuring consistent expectations of deliverables. Serve as a point of contact for clients and a liaison between the client and consulting team; lead client sub‑teams to ensure consistent expectations and timely, error‑free delivery. Guide, train, and oversee the work of Associate Consultants. Independently complete more advanced analytical work. Collaborate across team, organization, and client. Perform additional project work based on client needs and internal team requests. Qualifications PhD, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative aptitude with coding experience. Strong academic track record. Travel up to 10%. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate active listening, and manage time efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. Ability to lead small groups. Basic coding skills in Python, SAS, SQL, etc.; knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred. Compensation decisions depend on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
