Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
  
  
• 
  Administer radiopharmaceuticals accurately and monitor patients physical condition during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Operate scanning equipment, ensuring proper setup and functioning.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient information.
  
  
• 
  Follow safety protocols and infection control standards at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold ARRT NM or CNNMT Certification for Nuclear Medicine.
  
  
• 
  Possess NJ State License for Nuclear Medicine.
  
  
• 
  Have experience in General Nuclear Medicine procedures including bone scans, hepatobiliary scans, lung scans, and thyroid scans.
  
  
• 
  Be CPR certified and capable of handling radiation safety procedures.
  
  
• 
  Earned a BS in Nuclear Medicine or graduated from an approved RT & Nuclear Medicine program.
