Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Preoperative for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Preoperative Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Preoperative Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Pre Op specialty. This role involves providing care for surgical patients prior to their procedures in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for preparing patients, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety and comfort before surgery. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 4-ten hour shifts per week, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with days of the week varying. Some shifts may be 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and PALS. 0-5 years of experience in preoperative or perioperative nursing. Valid RN license. Location requirements are not specified. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Preoperative (Pre Op) nursing, familiarity with various surgical patient types, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: Candidate will need to complete necessary education modules following an offer, with instructions to be provided by the ASD Educator.
