You’ll build and refine recommendations based on client goals, account activity, and current market/regulatory context—so your first client conversation of the day is focused and productive. Midday Prospecting, Referrals, and Scheduling Appointments In the middle of the day, you’ll spend time growing your pipeline—reaching out to referral sources and prospects, following up on conversations, and coordinating next steps. Your goal is to schedule high‑quality appointments by focusing on education and relationship‑building (not pressure). Afternoon Client Meetings + Plan Recommendations Your afternoons are built around client‑facing work—holding meetings, conducting financial needs analysis, walking clients through recommendations in plain language, and ensuring their plan is clear, actionable, and compliant. You’ll also confirm follow‑ups and document outcomes immediately after meetings.
