Home Visiting Nurse - Family Health Advocate
Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, Inc.
Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, Inc. is seeking a Home Visiting Nurse to support newborn families in Mercer County under the Family Connects program. An RN with NJ license and at least one year of nursing experience is required; BSN is preferred. You will perform in-home health assessments and help families develop practical wellbeing plans.
