Maintenance Associate

Maintenance TechnicianIn this role, your responsibilities will be:Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment and facility systemsAssist with preventive maintenance activities following established schedules and proceduresInspect equipment and work areas, identifying and reporting maintenance needsReplace basic components such as filters, belts, hoses, and other wear items as neededAssist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to support production operationsSupport facility upkeep, including basic building and grounds maintenance activitiesHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMaintain accurate maintenance records and work logsAssist with inventory and organization of maintenance tools, parts, and suppliesSupport facility improvement projects and equipment installations as assignedWork with contractors and service providers during on-site maintenance activitiesFollow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance priorities and equipment conditionsPerform other general maintenance duties as assignedYou take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You follow through on commitments and consistently support team goals.
