Regional Account Manager Southwestern Iowa Territory

Titan Pro is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to support and grow our dealer network throughout Southwestern Iowa. This field-based role is responsible for building strong dealer partnerships, driving sales growth, providing product and agronomic support, and identifying opportunities to expand Titan Pro's market presence within the assigned territory.

Location Requirement
This is a field-based position serving the Southwestern Iowa territory. To effectively support the assigned territory, candidates must reside within Southwestern Iowa or within a reasonable commuting distance that allows them to regularly travel throughout the territory and fulfill the position's travel requirements. Candidates who do not currently reside within the territory may be considered if they are willing to relocate prior to employment or within a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The role requires regular in-person travel to dealers, customers, meetings, and events within the assigned territory.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers throughout the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth by partnering with dealers to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement dealer business and marketing plans.
• Recruit and onboard new dealer partners.
• Deliver product, agronomic, and sales training to dealers.
• Support field trials, plot programs, dealer meetings, and customer events.
• Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support. 

Qualifications

Required
· Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
· Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in agronomy, seed, crop protection, fertilizer, crop insurance, agricultural sales, or a closely related area.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
· Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required because this position involves regular travel within the assigned territory.
 
Preferred

• Experience working directly with agricultural retailers, dealers, or growers.
• Experience presenting training programs and facilitating meetings.

Travel Requirements
This position is field-based and requires regular travel throughout Western Iowa, including occasional overnight travel and attendance at evening or weekend events as business needs require.
