Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Great Lakes

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison to lead Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy for lung and head and neck oncology across the Great Lakes region. The role combines field-based medical affairs work with regional strategy development, requiring extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional KOL engagement strategy, faculty development, and peer-to-peer marketing plans
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape RYBREVANT brand strategy
- Build relationships with academic, community KOLs, and key stakeholders
- Monitor regional lung and head and neck cancer trends; coordinate aligned marketing education
- Partner with analytics and commercial teams on budget management, insight generation, and innovative educational platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years marketing, medical affairs, sales, or account management experience
- Proven experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to innovate and deliver results
- Understanding of ACCME, HCC, and PhRMA compliance guidelines
- Field-based position; 50–65% travel required including weekend events
