Position Overview Registered Nurse – Atrium Health University City Pre‑op Screening (Charlotte, NC) Department: 37753 Atrium Health University City Job Type: Part‑time (as needed) Location Atrium Health University City, North Tryon, Charlotte, NC. The facility contains 9 operating rooms and provides orthopaedics, robotic, general, urology and gynaecology procedures. Schedule and Compensation Hours: 0 hours per week, with shifts starting 0500 M–F. Shift start times vary as needed. One weekday night call per six‑week schedule required. Cross trained to cover Pre‑Surgery Holding and Pre‑Anesthesia Testing. Pay Range: $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Responsibilities Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic care. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to deliver the best patient experience. Lead initiatives for creating the safest patient environment across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nursing licence issued by the state of practice.
