About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
Ensure all food is presented attractively and served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
Adapt recipes and meals to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a food service environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.
Empathy and understanding towards residents' needs and preferences.
