Quick Facts: Location: Stevens Point, WI (900 Illinois Avenue) Start Date: 07/17/2026 Duration: Ongoing, full-time coverage Shift: Flexible days/times, 36 hours/week including clinic and OR Hours/Week: 36 hours (clinic + OR) Employment Type: Full-time Certifications: WI State Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in Urology (preferred) Experience: Prior Urology practice experience recommended Pay & Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient Urology consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning Perform scheduled surgeries in the hospital OR and outpatient settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Participate in clinic outreach to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month) as needed Cover system-wide call responsibilities and respond to urgent patient needs Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols What You Need: Valid Wisconsin Medical License or the ability to obtain one Board certification or eligibility in Urology At least 2 years of Urology practice experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Stevens Point, WI, offering a dynamic mix of outpatient clinics and operating room procedures.
