Part-Time Office Assistant
A local Sylacauga company is seeking a dependable Part-Time Office Assistant.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- 2 days per week
- Flexible days
Duties:
- Data entry in QuickBooks
- Work with Excel spreadsheets
- File documents alphabetically and numerically
- Assist with general office duties
- Other clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to stay organized and work independently
- Reliable and dependable
- Background check and drug screen required
