Job Description
We have a new hospital opening up in rapid City, SD. We may need your help in getting 2 FT techs for the night shift.
3-12 hr shifts and flexibility to help on some weekends
We do not know FT schedule yet but will probably be sun-tues and wed-fri (this will be determined by new lab manager)
No certification or BLS required
MLT or MT degree required
August 17 we will be on site to start setting lab up and we have a projected opening date of October 1, 2026 so I will need them there 1-2 weeks before opening so they can train
Generalist setting and they will work alone
No phlebotomy
No blood bank but will need to issue 1 or 2 units of O pos LRBC's for ER transfusion
Will work with the following instruments:
Vitros 5600, Affinion, Istat, Triage, Cephied, Clinitek Status Plus, Sysmex XN-530, CA-660 coag, Sofia, piccolo
Experience with maintenance and QC protocol on analyzers is best
