Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate residential and commercial projects from scheduling through completion. This position serves as a key liaison between builders, homeowners, customers, and the production facility , ensuring each project stays organized, properly scheduled, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, think on their feet, and remain professional when schedules change or challenging situations arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication between residential and commercial builders, homeowners, customers, and the production team.
• Answer and respond to phone calls and emails regarding scheduling, project status, changes, and customer needs.
• Enter and maintain accurate project and scheduling information within the company's software system.
• Coordinate all aspects of job scheduling, including assigning resources for measurements, installations, service/work orders, and other project needs .
• Make scheduling adjustments as needed when last-minute changes, delays, or unexpected issues occur.
• Monitor projects to identify potential problems or scheduling conflicts before they impact the customer or installation.
• Determine priorities throughout the day and make sound decisions when multiple projects or customers require attention at the same time.
• Communicate changes and expectations clearly to all parties involved.
• Follow projects through completion while maintaining accurate documentation and attention to detail.
• Work closely with production and field teams to ensure projects are ready before scheduling the next phase of work.

Experience

We are open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds. The right person could be:

• A recent college graduate with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who is ready to begin a career in project management.
• Someone with experience in residential or commercial construction , building materials, countertops, cabinets, flooring, installations, or a related industry.
• An experienced project coordinator, scheduler, customer service professional, dispatcher, or operations coordinator accustomed to managing multiple jobs, customers, schedules, and field personnel.

Direct industry experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate . More importantly, we are looking for someone who can see the big picture while paying close attention to the details—someone who can determine what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and who needs to be involved to keep the project moving forward.
