What You'll Do As a Carpenter Trainee, you'll work alongside our Master Carpenter, Lead Carpenters, and experienced craftsmen while learning every stage of residential construction. Your Responsibilities Will Include Assist with demolition, framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks Learn proper carpentry techniques from experienced team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Assist with material handling and jobsite preparation Support the team in delivering quality workmanship on every project Take initiative to learn new skills and improve every day Work professionally with fellow employees, subcontractors, and homeowners Help maintain Huseby Homes' high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism Quality is our brand, and every member of our team contributes to delivering an exceptional finished product. Final candidates will complete a practical skills assessment, which may include working alongside one of our crews for part of a day. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $18-$26 per hour , depending on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability. As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to advance into higher‑level carpenter positions with increased compensation.
