Shifts: 12-hour shifts (0700-1930 or 1900-0730), every other weekend and holiday

This role involves working in a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma center environment, providing care to patients on a 15-bed medical/surgical unit. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care to general medical/surgical patients
• Handle initial admissions from the ER
• Administer and manage medications using Omnicell
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
• Operate Aleris IV pumps
• Communicate using Zebra phones
• Float to other medical/surgical units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of medical/surgical experience
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• EPIC experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
