Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical care in the Emergency Department , serving over 125,000 patients annually. Your responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments , communicating findings with the interdisciplinary team, and developing individualized care plans based on patient needs, strengths, and goals. You will ensure compliance with organizational policies , including safety, medication administration, and documentation, and revise care plans as needed. Additionally, you'll complete research documentation and participate in continuing education to maintain certifications. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing RN license in New York State Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and ≥6 months RN experience Physical & Compliance Requirements Requires medium physical effort, including walking, standing, and squatting. Maintains BLS certification and completes mandatory training and research activities annually. Additional Information Offers a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, with a pay range of $39.75 - $52.99 per hour.
