We are looking for an inbound Marketing Specialist to join our team and head up all internal marketing initiatives for VELOX. The right person to join our team will be ambitious and motivated to grow our internal leads, online presence, attract like-minded followers, have experience in social listening tools/engagement, work with paid platforms, and demonstrate a proven track record of running highly successful campaigns targeting micro-enterprise and enterprise prospective clients.

You will develop and execute advanced social content publishing, monitoring, and reporting tactics, manage monthly budget allocations, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure an ongoing flow of content and cross channel distribution to improve marketing efforts, fulfill lead generation and employment recruiting, and increase inbound leads.

This is a full-time in-house position at our office in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities

· Develop, plan, coordinate and implement a marketing content strategy that reflects the goals of the company's growth trajectory

· Stay abreast of competitor content performance to identify and set benchmarks for industry comparison and build actionable KPIs

· Strategize and create marketing advertising planning in accordance with budgeting, including ongoing project management

· Directly use and support the upkeep of multiple corporate marketing channels and tech stack platforms, like Sprout Social, to create, manage, report, and optimize marketing campaigns that support the entire sales funnel

· Prioritize and coordinate outbound social engagement opportunities, both identified by leadership and through insights and analysis, to develop tactics to advance brand amplification and grow brand recognition and trust

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams like leadership, content writers, editors, paid media managers, designers and developers with regard to creating content that is appropriate for social channels, audiences, and sales funnels

· Oversee the management of digital assets by working with them to ensure the quality and use of approved images and videos for ongoing use in organic and paid campaigns

· Analyze and track organic and paid marketing manager efforts, set benchmarks, and draw actionable insights to enhance efforts

· Participate in sessions with Marketing Team and outside consultants to gain insights to contribute to planning advanced marketing advertising campaign implementation and paid budget stewardship

· Provide support to the director of content marketing on the effectiveness of marketing content and project plans to support company initiatives; prepare reports to share with team members and project stakeholders to inform advanced content development; and other duties as assigned

· Keep up with content marketing industry news, marketing trends, channel developments, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or equivalent experience

· Minimum 3 years experience in the strategic planning of marketing duties, campaigns with direct experience working in multiple social platforms and tech stack tools to collect insights, analyze, and direct recommendations

· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora, and digital marketing best practices and changing technology; experience in creating and publishing various content types, ad formats, and video

· Micro-writing and editing skills, using insights and demographics

· Direct experience in working with audience personas to plan a strategy to connect with diverse audiences

· Experience in developing marketing KPIs, creating pixels and tracking URLs for Google Analytics and work across teams to coordinate as part of campaign development

· Understanding of web design concepts, UX, and landing page requirements for marketing campaign fulfillment

· Advanced knowledge of web writing tactics and SEO
