Key Responsibilities Enroll eligible customers in Lifeline SIM service using their existing phone and a free SIM card, with optional device upgrades. Conduct outreach in high-traffic community locations, retail environments, and local events. Verify customer eligibility and documents through secure and compliant enrollment systems. Clearly explain program benefits and maintain accurate daily enrollment records. Assist customers with SIM activation, device setup, and troubleshooting. Promote optional upgrades and premium phone offers to increase earnings. Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment targets. About the Role This role is ideal for independent and motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction with customers and want the opportunity to earn competitive commissions while making a meaningful difference in their communities. You will engage with customers at community locations, retail settings, and organized marketing events to complete Lifeline enrollments and activations. This position plays a critical role in connecting eligible low-income consumers to the Lifeline program.
