About Us
Eileen's Cookies Edmond is a growing bakery known for fresh, high-quality cookies and desserts. We’re looking for a passionate Cookie Baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating delicious baked goods from scratch. Job Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to recipes and production schedules
- Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately
- Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate or finish cookies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with ingredient prep and inventory when needed
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
