Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant – Dublin, CA Job Summary: $26.44+ hourly (base pay $18.75 + targeted commission). Responsibilities Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating potential product needs and making recommendations. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Help customers interpret and clarify account statements, process bill payments in-store. Answer questions about current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading service levels, and processing general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level knowledge and passion about technology and Comcast products/services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products to customer lifestyles. Demonstrate a customer‑centric and enthusiastic approach to support culture. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Generally 2‑5 years of related experience; preference for consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed, and ability to work in alternate stores outside the home base store. Regular, consistent, punctual attendance. Physical ability to carry or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and to stand and move about the store constantly. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $18.75 per hour, with a target total compensation of $24.19 to $27.09 per hour (approximately $50,320 to $56,352 annually).
