• Flexible short-hour shifts
• Weekend-only assignments
• 12 hour overnight/daytime shifts

What You’ll Need to Apply:

• Valid HHA or PCA Certification
• Valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID)
• Social Security Card
• Employment Authorization or Permanent Resident Card (if non-citizen)
• Pre-Employment Physical Form – must include MMR, TB test , and Drug Screen (We can provide our physical form if needed)
• COVID-19 Vaccine Card (if you received it)
• Two (2) Professional References
