Our client is looking for an Frontend Lead Developer for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Frontend Lead Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years of frontend development with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and establishing coding standards and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing technical guidance.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience improvements.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and backend engineering teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
