Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during every shift. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and efficient services. Responsibilities: Administer emergency interventions and stabilize patients in critical conditions. Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and promptly. Follow all protocols and ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care plans. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement care strategies. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license, with VA license pending accepted. Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience, including some pediatric care. Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (or able to obtain before start). Demonstrate ability to work 36-48 hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations in a clinical environment.
