Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Sales Administrator. In this role, your primary objective is to provide administrative support and systems management for the sales and catering offices. In addition, you will provide a pleasant, professional first impression of Kalahari Resorts Sales and Catering to new prospects and existing clients and assist with marketing and direct sales activities as needed. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients to assist them with requests, greet in a courteous manner, offer proactive hospitality, determine needs, and handle issues or refer to the appropriate staff member to assist them. Run daily reports for morning department meetings. Review, reconcile and process invoices from vendors. Facilitate distribution of group bills via Kalahari standards. Responsible for receipt of all incoming calls, greeting, and assisting clients. What We're Looking For One to three years of administrative/office experience in a corporate business setting or hotel environment helpful. Experience in banquets or catering operations is plus. Ability to be a team player, detail oriented, energetic, and work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment. Flexible and long hours are sometimes required, including weekends and holidays.
