About the Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world‑class customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. Responsibilities First point of contact for all facility entrants: greet with a friendly demeanor, issue visitor and parking passes, follow security protocols, escort visitors. Answer the telephone professionally and provide courteous assistance. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors. Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders and address vendor or staff issues as needed. Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers, providing solutions in a customer‑service driven manner. Oversee support for the team as directed, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care. Review customized client materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures, notifying management to ensure safety. Deliver new‑hire orientation, training, and coaching; create & deliver presentations to varied audiences. Follow specific directions given by the manager, working with minimal supervision. Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent. Impact own team and related teams, whose work activities are closely related.
