Your Impact as a School SLP

In this role, you will play a key part in helping students communicate, connect, and succeed:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide individualized and small-group therapy services across PreK-12 settings
  • Deliver both direct therapy and consultative support to staff and families
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
  • Support students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Ensure services align with state and federal special education requirements (IDEA compliance)
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Minnesota SLP license and school certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CCC-SLP preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and school-based service delivery
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive school environments
