Speech-Language Pathologist (2026-2027 School Year) Location: Taylor, MI 48180 Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year Grade Levels: TBD - caseloads are currently being assessed for next school year, so there are several opportunities to work with students across a variety of ages and abilities. Salary Range: $57,500 - $75,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications. Caseload details are currently being finalized; however, the district is eager to begin interviewing to identify the right fit as soon as possible. Responsibilities Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC‑SLP. Benefits 100% of the employee’s health insurance premium costs covered.
