About the Team The Commercial (CML) Product Team builds core solutions that directly support our customers and the associates who serve them. You are responsible for our Cash Receivables suite of products such as Vault, ATM Deposit cards, etc. You will partner directly with key internal groups, including CML Operations / Servicing, Tech, Legal, Risk, Compliance teams, to develop and execute on the Cash Receivables roadmap. We are looking for a quick-learning strategist eager to tackle complex challenges and unlock massive value for our customers and users. Responsibilities Deliver products to support the strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank Craft strategies that equip the Bank to deliver tailored solutions for clients, build a world class team of financial advisors, and enable a market-leading operation for the origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products Build “always on” technologies to increase profitability and empower associates Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners in the ecosystem to deliver shared outcomes Capital One Product Framework Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term values Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or military experience At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process Employment Authorization At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
