Night Shift - Production Floor Supervisor

We are a rapidly growing, high-end screen print and embroidery company seeking a reliable and detail-driven floor supervisor to keep our operation moving efficiently on the night shift.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands print production, maintains high quality standards, keeps jobs moving on schedule, and can troubleshoot issues as they arise. This role requires someone who can maintain high standards while keeping a team aligned and productive. You know how to identify bottlenecks, make smart decisions under pressure, and keep operations moving without sacrificing quality.

The hours for this position are about 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm Monday - Friday with occasional overtime and Saturday work expected during our busy seasons.

The rate of pay is $72,384/annually

What You’ll Do (Day-to-day)

• Manage the night shift production operations and ensure on-time order completion
• Ensure multiple jobs are on track and completed on time
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet deadlines
• Track and analyze production data to improve efficiency
• Lead and manage a team of ~20 production employees
• Troubleshoot equipment and oversee machine maintenance
• Maintain strict quality control with strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized production floor
• Jump in and assist production when needed

What You Bring To the Table

• Print industry and supervisory experience (see requirements below)
• A general knowledge of how to use all of our equipment and the ability to hop on any machine in a pinch
• Capable of remaining calm and composed under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, and eye for quality control
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Problem-solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously

What It Takes (The Requirements)

• You must have at least 5+ years of printing experience to be considered
• 3 + years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong math skills (production rates, basic calculations)
• Experience with hiring, firing, training, and performance management
• Reliable transportation
• Stand for extended periods, while reaching with hands and arms
• Ability to lift up to 70+ lbs
• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Vision ability to distinguish color variations accurately
• Comfortable in a loud, fast-paced production environment
