About the Role
The Company is seeking a Staff VP Deputy CISO to provide operational leadership in the implementation of the overall information security strategic vision. The successful candidate will be accountable for the development and execution of information security and business resiliency policies, strategies, and processes. This role involves directing a specialized team of internal and external resources to deliver security capabilities and translating the strategic vision into measurable execution across multiple cybersecurity disciplines. The Deputy CISO will also be responsible for the management of technology solutions and ensuring adherence to in-scope security controls. Applicants for the Staff VP Deputy CISO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field, with at least 15 years' of experience in information security leadership and 10 years' in leading distributed IT organizations. Experience in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare, financial services, or government is required. The role demands a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks, as well as experience with HIPAA-compliant cloud environments. A strong technical background in data encryption, network security, intrusion detection systems, and familiarity with IAM technologies is essential. The Deputy CISO will work closely with senior leadership, legal, and audit and risk management teams, and must be adept at cross-functional execution and collaboration.
