Job Title: Production Operator
Company: Kelly Services
Location: Onsite, Springfield, TN
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:45 PM – 3:15 AM (4x10s)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $19/hr.Key Responsibilities

• Work at presses and assist machine operators
• Remove parts from press and separate parts from scrap
• Assemble, stack, and package parts
• Operate equipment as assigned
• Ensure all plant safety guidelines and proper use of PPE are followed
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring roles and safety precautions are understood
• Interpret company work orders and job control procedures
• Achieve and maintain 100% of production goals
• Prepare materials, assemble totes, skids, bags, and boxes for packaging
• Accurately package, label, and move parts to storage or the next operation
• Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe; report unsafe conditions
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Leader

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Strong commitment to safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
