Certified Medical Assistant CMA (Pediatrics)

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant CMA to join our team in our Pediatrics department. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Must have at least one year of experience.

Basic Life Support Certification a plus!

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
Escort patients to exam rooms

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
Familiarity with medical billing procedures
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Graduate of an accredited CMA program

Full Time: M-F

8:00am - 5PM with some evening or Saturday shift coverage required.
