Entry Level Sales Representative

Evercrest Consulting is looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and seeing their effort translate into results.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, and help them choose solutions that make sense for them. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while developing valuable experience in sales, communication, customer engagement, and relationship building.

This is a full-time, in-person sales position with opportunities to grow based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers in person and identify their needs
• Present products and services through consultative sales conversations
• Answer questions and clearly explain product features, pricing, and available options
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s individual needs
• Guide customers through the sales and account setup process
• Build positive customer relationships and provide a strong overall experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development
