We currently have an opportunity for a Centralized Processor to join our Client Advisory Personal Lines team in our Wilmington, MA office on a Hybrid work schedule.
Overview
Responsible for assisting Account Managers with servicing of personal lines accounts in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems.
- Provide support to the Account Manager on pre-renewal processes.
- Handle correspondence of accounts including endorsement requests, follow up activities, binder/mortgage requests, registry forms and the maintenance of agency management system data.
- Responsible for developing complete familiarity with all forms and paperwork including their intent and purpose.
- Responsible for implementing a quality control review process to assure the production of quality work and the provision of excellent customer service.
- Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
- Meet KPI goals as established.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
- Experience with an automated agency management system.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $19.85 an hour- $34.60 an hour annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
