This role will involve working night shifts on a schedule of three 12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the MS/Tele unit. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management. Qualifications MUST have at least 12 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. MUST possess a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact license in hand. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required. NIHHS certification is preferred. One current reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission. Work Environment The position is in a fast-paced unit that requires teamwork, communication, and a commitment to patient care.
