As a Site Manager at Clean Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned site. We are currently looking for an exempt, salaried Site Manager in the Fort Wayne / Auburn IN market.

Responsibilities:
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing assigned facilities
• Trash removal and restocking supplies
• Following safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintaining professional cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications:

• Skilled at making quality decisions, follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks and projects
• Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
• Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling
• This position is based largely on customer needs and candidate must be flexible to support both first and second shift needs if needed.
