Electrical Assembly

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Electrical Assembler to join our Fond du lac client’s production team. In this role, you will read schematics, handle wiring, and assemble electrical components into control boxes and enclosures. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Position – Electrical Assembly

Job Location – Fond du lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$21+ based on exp

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble products accurately.
• Select, measure, cut, strip, and crimp wires and cable assemblies.
• Mount and attach electrical products and hardware securely inside boxes and enclosures.
• Route and connect wires between designated components and terminal points.
• Label wires, cables, and components clearly according to schematic directions.
• Inspect finished work to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and hands-on mechanical dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, crimpers, and wire cutters.
• Must have own tools
