Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, delegating patient care to the health care team, and ensuring professional competency. Location & Shift Location: Lourdes Health System – 1600 Haddon Ave. Employment Type: Regular, Full Time. Work Shift: Night Shift – 12‑hour, United States of America. Total Weekly Hours: 36. Responsibilities Perform patient assessment and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimes. Participate in clinical decision‑making. Educate patients and families about disease process, care needs, wellness, and safety. Delegate and monitor care provided by other nursing and health care team members. Participate in orientation, education, and development of the health care team. Identify and participate in performance improvement activities. Maintain professional and departmental competencies. Qualifications Experience: 0‑1 year required; 2‑4 years preferred. Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licensure: New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
