Total Air Service in Willis, TX is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor to generate leads and evaluate the HVAC needs of our residential customers. This sales representative position is 100% commission-based - 60k-100k / commission with a paid training period . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES / COMFORT ADVISOR

As a sales representative, you play a vital role in helping our company continue to grow and thrive. While conducting in-home comfort surveys, you ensure we meet our clients' wants and needs while still meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan. Using your exceptional marketing skills, you convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.

You are punctual and professional, always arriving early to your appointments and following up with prospects promptly. Completing all tasks in a timely and accurate manner, you are responsible for financing paperwork and collecting cash payments. You enjoy working with a great team and helping our customers with their HVAC systems!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES / COMFORT ADVISOR

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

HVAC industry-specific experience is preferred, but not required. Can you easily build rapport? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you work well with others? Are you reliable, organized, and detail-oriented? Can you be patient, professional, and friendly with all our clients and staff? Do you excel at marketing? WORK SCHEDULE

This marketing position typically works 40+ hours per week and up to 12 hours per day .
