Key Responsibilities: Ensures 100% satisfaction for all LJS (Long John Silver) guestsGreet and positively engage guestsAccurately accept the guests' orders and process paymentPrepare every order exactly as guest requested, with the highest quality product, as quickly as possibleSolves customer concerns immediately utilizing BAM! and ensures they leave happy and satisfiedKeeps service area stocked, dining room tables and floor clean, and cleans and restocks restroomsArrives on shift with a positive attitude and contributes to the success of the restaurantTreats all guests and team members with respectAccountable for positive engagement at every guest encounterEnsures all ingredients and food products are stored, handled, prepared, and presented with the greatest care and concern for guest satisfaction and food safetyConsistently follows preparation procedures and cooking methods to produce high quality products to include the shortening managementProvides, to every guest, bell-ringing quality service and taste experienceMaintains clean, safe, and comfortable work are for guests and team membersClean as you go mentality - Ensure the restaurant's interior and exterior, including furnishings and equipment, are always clean and in excellent working conditionProvides an environment that encourages guests to returnPerform other duties as assigned by restaurant management Role Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or olderMust have reliable transportation and the ability to work rotating shiftsTake absolute pride in everything you doValue customer service and hold the ability to positively impacts our guests' experienceWork well in a fast-paced environmentPractice high quality food and cleanliness standardsBring an upbeat energy and positive attitude to the teamHas a commitment to timeliness and a sense of urgencyAbility to interpret and follow instructionsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to:Regularly required to stand and walk; talk and hear to communicate with employees; and taste/smell.Frequently required to handle, feel and reach with hands and arms.Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
