The Principal Compliance Analyst works collaboratively as part of the ProSidian Engagement Team as Exempt personnel. Dedicated Planned Labor Hours (DPLH) of 2080 Straight Time (ST) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.) | 0 Overtime Time (OT) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.). \nThis is a Contract W-2 Position, and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role(s) are located at Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina with identified Work Site Address (121 Richland Ave E, Aiken, SC 29801, USA) providing Administrative/Business functions working to provide BOA Support Services for multiple department requirement Service Areas (SA) for Savannah River Remediation LLC (The SRMC/LW Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy | Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) in Aiken, SC to support the evolving needs of the organization.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Principal Compliance Analyst - Administrative/Business (BU111)\nPrincipal Compliance Analysts are responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are established, implemented and understood by appropriate audiences. Activities include, but are not limited to, self-audits, solutions to compliance issues, policy and procedure compliance, education/training, and guidance on operational requirements.\nMajor Responsibilities\nSafety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training, obey safety rules, and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition.\n\n Develops schedules and performs department assessments and audits\n Coordinates, tracks, and develops responses to internal and external audits (DCAA, OIG)\n Manages tracking system for compliance-related issues and prepares reports from investigations, findings, and audits, including monitoring any action requiring response\n Ensures procedures, guidance documents, and forms are developed, reviewed, approved, and distributed to appropriate personnel in accordance with the approval process cycle. Ensures that technical and engineering documents such as vendor manuals, diagrams, charts, blueprints, and specifications, are reviewed and accurately integrated into procedures\n Develops best practice processes in support of the compliance infrastructure, including enhancement of policies, operating procedures, practices and relevant forms and templates\n Collaborates with managers and other resources in process, program and/or procedure development and revisions\n Develops effective communication strategies and plans\n Develops and implements training and/or training requirements\n Maintains compliance requirements (DOE Orders, FAR, etc.) and communicates to the appropriate department to incorporate into company policies, programs, and procedures\n Maintains confidentiality and proactively takes measures to protect sensitive data\n Collaborates with the general counsel’s office and internal audit staff\n Acts as subject matter expert pertaining to the area(s) assigned, providing guidance and counsel to managers and employees\n Leads and/or contributes to improvement initiatives to support department and company mission and goals\n Performs other duties as assigned.\n\nThe responsibilities provided above are intended to describe the primary elements of the job as a whole, not any one position in its entirety.Qualifications\n\nDesired Qualifications For Principal Compliance Analyst - Administrative/Business (BU111) (BU111) Candidates:\n\n 7+ years of experience in Government or Contractor purchasing systems\n 7+ years of experience in developing, scheduling, performing and responding to assessments, internal and external audits (DCAA, OIG)\n US Citizen\n\nEducation / Experience Requirements / Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 7+ years of progressive supply chain compliance or related experience\n 7+ years of experience in Government or Contractor purchasing systems\n 7+ years of experience in developing, scheduling, performing and responding to assessments, internal and external audits (DCAA, OIG)\n\nPrincipal Compliance Analyst - Administrative/Business (BU111) Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFP000298942R And RFP000298943R Principal Compliance Analyst (Administrative/Business Services) and provide BOA Support Services for multiple department requirement Service Areas (SA) for Savannah River Remediation LLC (The SRMC/LW Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy | Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) in Aiken, SC to support the evolving needs of the organization.\nSkills Required\n\n Primarily focused on Principal Compliance Analyst initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities, Administrative/Business Functional Area Activities. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Compliance management; internal auditing; external audit response; DCAA compliance; OIG compliance; government contracting compliance.\n FAR knowledge; DOE Orders knowledge; technical writing; process improvement\n Policy development; training development; communication skills; organizational skills; time management; reporting and analysis.\n Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects\n Experience in technical writing\n Strong time management, communications, and organizational skills\n Knowledge of DOE and FAR regulations\n\nCompetencies Required\nSupports compliance infrastructure, policy enhancement, operational compliance, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
