The Principal Compliance Analyst works collaboratively as part of the ProSidian Engagement Team as Exempt personnel. Dedicated Planned Labor Hours (DPLH) of 2080 Straight Time (ST) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.) | 0 Overtime Time (OT) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.). \nThis is a Contract W-2 Position, and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role(s) are located at Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina with identified Work Site Address (121 Richland Ave E, Aiken, SC 29801, USA) providing Administrative/Business functions working to provide BOA Support Services for multiple department requirement Service Areas (SA) for Savannah River Remediation LLC (The SRMC/LW Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy | Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) in Aiken, SC to support the evolving needs of the organization.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Principal Compliance Analyst - Administrative/Business (BU111)\nPrincipal Compliance Analysts are responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are established, implemented and understood by appropriate audiences. Activities include, but are not limited to, self-audits, solutions to compliance issues, policy and procedure compliance, education/training, and guidance on operational requirements.\nMajor Responsibilities\nSafety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training, obey safety rules, and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition.\n\n Develops schedules and performs department assessments and audits\n Coordinates, tracks, and develops responses to internal and external audits (DCAA, OIG)\n Manages tracking system for compliance-related issues and prepares reports from investigations, findings, and audits, including monitoring any action requiring response\n Ensures procedures, guidance documents, and forms are developed, reviewed, approved, and distributed to appropriate personnel in accordance with the approval process cycle.
