A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Plan for each shift. Monitor performance during the shift. Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the upcoming shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals.
