Job Summary:

Accomplished Full Stack Software Engineer experienced in developing scalable .NET Core and React applications, Azure-based solutions, event-driven systems, and enterprise microservices. Strong advocate for AI-assisted software development, driving adoption of GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to accelerate engineering productivity and delivery.

Job Discription:

• Built a .NET Core web job with Entity Framework Core to automatically pull and process documents, invoices, and service records from Azure Storage and deliver them to end clients.
• Automated IVR call handling for customer and vendor interactions by prototyping a Kafka-based event pipeline (POC) to queue and route call events asynchronously, streamlining resolution of customer-raised cases and reducing manual follow-up• Designed a centralized notification microservice using hashing-based logic to manage SMS, email, and logging across the platform; evaluated Kafka topics/partitions as a POC to decouple producers (IVR, workflow services) from consumers (SMS, email, logging), improving scalability and fault tolerance.
• Built full-stack monitoring tools using React and .NET Web API to track workflow jobs and monitor IVR call activity in real time.
• Set up performance monitoring, capacity planning, and health checks across infrastructure, integrating Prometheus and Grafana dashboards with the notification system for proactive alerting.
• Delivered fast, reliable technical support during production outages, troubleshooting complex issues under pressure while keeping service disruption to a minimum.
• Led root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, translating findings into preventive fixes that improved platform stability and cut recurring issues.
• Guided cross-functional teams through Agile delivery cycles, aligning technical execution with business priorities to keep projects on.
• Spearheaded company-wide adoption of AI development tools (Claude, Devin, GitHub Copilot), reducing average sprint cycles by 20%
• Championed integration of these tools across the development process, fostering an AI-driven engineering culture that boosted code delivery speed by 30%

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110000 - $117000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
