The house is part of a leading international luxury group, with boutiques in major cities around the world and a strong presence across the U.S. It is entering an exciting period of growth and creative momentum, and is investing in the people who bring its vision to clients every day.The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the hiring of retail leaders across the Northeast, including the brand\'s flagship in New York City. You will partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents to recruit Assistant Boutique Managers and above, and help define what exceptional leadership looks like for each opening. You will have the opportunity to shape how the house identifies, assesses and builds its pipeline of retail leaders while staying hands-on in search.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for retail leadership roles (Assistant Boutique Manager and above) across the Northeast and NYC flagshipWork with Regional Vice Presidents and senior leadership to define the ideal profile for each opening and forecast future leadership needsBuild a pipeline and bench of future leaders by anticipating upcoming openings, and keep up talent maps for key retail hubsFind leaders who aren\'t actively looking through boutique visits, time in the market and networking across luxuryAssess candidates rigorously and give senior leaders a clear, well-argued view of each candidate\'s potentialHit hiring KPIs, including fill rate and time to fill, while giving every candidate a white-glove experienceBuild and present decks on hiring data, market insights and talent updates for leadershipHelp set priorities and workload for the regional Talent Acquisition ManagerWork with HR Business Partners on succession planning and internal moves, and with the corporate HR team in Europe on recruitment initiatives and employer brandingLooking for6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring retail leaders in luxury or high-end retailIn-house recruitment experience required; agency background preferredStrong skills in assessing senior candidates and confidence advising Regional VPs and senior leadersDeep knowledge of the luxury retail landscape and competitor brandsReal enthusiasm for retail and a wish to stay hands-on in talent acquisitionPersistent and persuasive: loves the hunt and goes after hard-to-attract candidates, including people who first say noPuts quality over quantity and takes a strategic approach to every searchReal passion for the fashion industryComfortable spending time in boutiques and working closely with people at every levelExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsAble to travel 20–30% domestically for store visits and 10–20% outside of the market
