Litigation Associate – Real Estate Preferred On-site - My client allows up to five remote days per month. A well‑established and highly collaborative Michigan law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its established litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for motivated attorneys who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Real Estate litigation is preferred, but general commercial litigation is good as well! Position Overview The firm is looking for candidates with 5-15 of experience as an associate attorney, with strong exposure to all aspects of litigation. This includes: Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery Motion practice Taking and defending depositions Court appearances Trial preparation This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a robust caseload and gain hands‑on experience across a variety of matters.
