Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation prior to the start of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Less than one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training are required.

Contract Information

• Commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
• Shift Information: Days.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• 30-day notice required for termination of contract.
